How quickly can you start?
We can start as soon as you subscribe! Once you upload a request to your board, testing begins immediately (Mon - Fri).
What does unlimited testing mean?
There is no limit to the testing requests. You can add an unlimited number of tasks to your queue, and we will work on them one by one.
How long do testing take to complete?
Most jobs are completed within 1-3 days, however, larger more complex tasks will take longer.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full time test engineer?
We know how expensive it can be to hire a full time test engineer ($100,000s). The onboarding, the benefits, the paperwork... and you may not always have enough testing work to fill their time.
The monthly subscription allows you to stay flexible, you can pause and resume as much as you like. Activate the subscription whenever you have design work that needs doing.

Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel or pause your membership at anytime.
How do I request testing?
We can accommodate your preferred communication method, whether it's Google Docs, videos, or Slack. Just upload the brief and relevant information to your Trello board.
What happens after I subscribe?
After subscribing, you'll get a welcome email with a link to your Trello board. Simple instructions will be included (not many). Start adding testing requests to your queue right away.
Is there a refund policy in case of dissatisfaction with the service?
We operate on a monthly subscription model with no long-term commitments. Subscriptions renew automatically each month, and you can cancel anytime before the renewal date via the billing portal. However, due to the high-quality nature of our work, refunds are not provided for the current month's subscription.
